How to Get Altair's Stuff in Assassin's Creed 2

"Assassin's Creed II," the critically acclaimed sequel to the 2008 hit game, is full of new features and tweaks to gameplay mechanics, making it one of the most highly recommended games of the last decade. A big part of the game's appeal is the large amount of unlockables, upgrades and sidequests available to players. One such unlockable is the armor of your assassin ancestor, Altair, but acquiring it takes some item-hunting across Italy.

Instructions

Unlocking the Assassin's Tombs

  Explore the secret passage in the Codex room of Villa Auditore; it will lead to the Sanctuary, which contains the statues of six assassins surrounding Altair and his armor. The aim here is to collect the seals of the other six assassins and bring them back here to unlock Altair's armor.

  Search the six tombs located throughout Italy to collect the six seals. Each tomb will require mostly free-running and parkour to obtain the seal hidden within, testing your movement skills, rather than your abilities in combat.

  Find a seal in each of these tombs: Basilica Santa Maria del Fiore (Florence), Santa Maria Novella (Florence), Rocca Di Ravaldino (Forli), Torre Grossa (San Gimignano), Basilica di San Marco (Venice) and Santa Maria Della Visitazione (Venice).

  Bring all the seals back into the Villa Auditore and place them at their respective statues. Now you will be able to get all the parts of Altair's armor, and will also be able to purchase Altair's sword from the town blacksmith.
