How to Get the Shun Goku Satsu Achievement

Shun Goku Satsu is an achievement for the Xbox 360 version of "Marvel vs. Capcom 2," and is achieved by performing a three-part Hyper Combo. A three-part Hyper Combo is a special attack in which you perform the Super Attacks of every character on your team, cancelling one character's attack in mid-attack to trigger the next character's attack and form a three-attack chain. Shun Goku Satsu can only be achieved while playing in multi-player mode, so a cooperative local or online opponent is necessary to acquire the achievement.

Instructions

  Start a match in multi-player mode. The Shun Goku Satsu achievement is available in both local multi-player and online multi-player modes.

  Perform attacks to fill your Super Meter to its maximum level. You do not need to attack your opponent directly, as your Super Meter will fill even if an attack does not connect. Your Super Meter will flash when it reaches its maximum level.

  Perform a Super Attack that connects with your opponent's character. Pull the left control stick down, then roll the stick to the right, holding the stick to the edge of its movement area during the motion. Press both punch buttons simultaneously when the control stick is tilted directly towards the right.

  Perform a second Super Attack partway through your first character's current Super Attack. Your first character will cancel his Super Attack, and your second character will initiate his own Super Attack and begin a Hyper Combo.

  Perform a third Super Attack partway through your second character's current Super Attack. Your second character will cancel his Super Attack, and your third character will initiate his own Super Attack and complete the Hyper Combo. The Shun Goku Satsu achievement will unlock.

Xbox 360
