How to Kill a Rock Star in Red Dead

In the western-themed video game "Red Dead Redemption", players can unlock a variety of achievements by completing certain tasks in-game. One of the achievements available to unlock is the "Red Dead Rockstar" achievement. In order to unlock this achievement, a player must kill either an employee of Rockstar or another player who has killed an employee of Rockstar in a public game match. Once the achievement is unlocked, any player who has not received it can unlock it by killing you, thus spreading the achievement.

Instructions

  Insert the "Read Dead Redemption" game disc into your Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3.

  Press the "Start" button, then press the "X" or "Square" button.

  Choose the "Normal" or "Hardcore" game mode, then press "A" or "Square".

  Locate other players in the game world, and kill them with one of the many types of weaponry available to you. Specifically target higher level players, as they are more likely to have the achievement unlocked.

  Find a new server if you have killed all available players and none of them unlock the achievement for you. Continue on in this manner until you unlock the achievement.
