How Can I Check My Silver Account Online?

There are two tiers available to players on Microsoft's Xbox 360 console: Silver or Gold. With a Silver account, you are only allowed to purchase downloadable content and games, in addition to sending messages to your friends. With a Gold account, you are allowed to play online, receive special deals on downloadable content and gain access to Gold-only features such as Netflix. You can check on your account, whether it is Silver or Gold, at any time online.

     Navigate to Microsoft's Xbox Live website.

     Click "Sign In" at the top-right corner of the page.

     Enter the Windows Live ID and the password associated with your Xbox Live account. Click "Sign In."
