"Trials HD" is a motorcycle stunt game in which the player tries to pass numerous tracks in under 30 minutes or 500 faults. Each track is categorized by difficulty: beginner, easy, medium, hard and extreme. Depending on how well you perform, you can earn a bronze, silver or gold medal. You can also unlock platinum medals, which are better than gold. However, this can be a rather lengthy task.

Go to the "Trials HD" main menu.

Select "Play Game."

Select "Extreme."

Pick one of the four tracks and complete it. Once you have done so, you will be able to go for platinum medals on any track in the game.
