How to Get a Witch Headshot in Left 4 Dead

"Left 4 Dead" is a survival-horror first-person action video game for the Microsoft Xbox 360. It has achievement support, which means a player can display his game achievements and accomplishments to other online players. One of the achievements, "CrOwned," is unlocked when you perform a head shot, a single blow to the head, to a witch. The name is based off the word "crowning," which in the video game world means to perform a head shot.

Instructions

  Obtain the automatic shotgun, which is a common weapon available at random points throughout the game. Press the "Y" button to equip it to your character.

  Listen for a weeping witch. Witches are commonly found in the section called "The Subway." A weeping witch will be sitting down, making it easier for you to sneak up on her.

  Move the left analog stick gently to sneak up behind the witch. If you move too fast, she will hear the noise. The witch will stand up and stare at you for a few seconds.

  Use the right analog stick to set a target at the witch's hair line. Fire the automatic shotgun with the "RT" button.
