How to Fix Error Code 74 in Xbox

If your Xbox 360 displays the error "E74. System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support," your console may be experiencing a hardware problem. To resolve the issue, you will need to confirm that the error is recurring and submit a console repair request.

Instructions

Restart the Console

  Press the "Power" button on the front of the Xbox to turn it off.

Submit a Console Repair Request
