     Start the "Spider-Man" game.

     Click the "Stage Select" option. To unlock the Black Spider-Man suit, players must first complete all of the stages in the game except for the game's final mission.

     Load the final stage in the game, the "Grand Finale Mission." This will pit you in a fight against the villain Venom.

     Defeat Venom. To defeat him, dodge his attacks and respond with a short melee combo. After a few successful dodges and counter-attacks, Venom will fall and you will immediately unlock the Black Spider-Man suit.
