How to Copy or Move Files From an XBox 360 to a Connected PC

Connecting an Xbox 360 to a computer can be accomplished by connecting an ethernet cable to both. Once your Xbox 360 is connected to your computer, you have the ability to copy or move your Xbox files to your computer's hard drive. This feature can come it handy if you need a way to back up your Xbox 360 game saves, media files or other information.

     Turn on your Xbox 360, and open the "System" section. Once inside, click on "Memory," and select your Xbox drive.

     Find the file you want to move or copy to your connected computer (files will be sorted by type: picture, video or game save) and select it.

     Press "Copy" or "Move" to copy or move the item, then select your computer as the destination.
