What Qualifies as an Incredible Feat in Halo: Reach?

Halo: Reach players who engage in multiplayer online games compete for rewards called trophies that commemorate their heroic actions. There are 19 different feats that Halo: Reach classifies as an "incredible feat." Halo keeps track of the number of incredible feats you perform and rewards you with special Jack of All Trades trophies when you reach certain incredible feat milestones.
  1. Basic Kill Medals

    • There are five common kill medals that also earn you a single incredible feat point. These medals include the First Strike medal earned when you score the first kill in a game, the Revenge medal earned when you kill an enemy who recently killed you, the Avenger medal earned when you kill an enemy who just killed a teammate, the Reload This medal earned when you kill a reloading enemy and the Kills from the Grave medal earned when you kill an enemy just after you yourself have died.

    Vehicle Hijacking

    • There are two hijacking-related feats that qualify as a Halo: Reach incredible feat. If you hijack a land-based vehicle then you receive the Hi-Jacks medal and an incredible feat point. If you hijack an aerial vehicle then you receive the Sky-Jacks medal in addition to an incredible feat point.

    Special Kill Medals

    • Halo: Reach includes 12 special kill medals that earn you one incredible feat point when you execute them. You receive the Close Call medal when you score a kill and have no shields left; conversely, you receive the EMP kill medal when you kill an opponent with collapsed shields. You can also receive the Showstopper medal for killing an enemy that is about to assassinate a teammate or the Yoink medal for killing an enemy that is about to be assassinated by one of your teammates. There are two incredible feats associated with jetpacks: the Firebird medal that you earn when you kill an enemy while flying with a jetpack, and the Pull medal that you get when you kill a jetpacking enemy. Other special kill medals include the Headcase medal for killing a sprinting opponent with a headshot; the Killjoy medal for ending an opponent's killing spree; the Needle Kill medal for detonating an opponent with the needler weapon; the Protector medal for killing an enemy that is close to killing a teammate; the Bulltrue medal for killing an enemy who is lunging with an energy sword; and the Extermination medal for killing the last surviving member of a nearly extinct enemy team.

    Rewards

    • When you score enough incredible feat points you are rewarded with a Jack of All Trades medal. You receive your first Jack of All Trades medal, the iron medal, when you reach 50 incredible feat points. Reaching 125 points earns you a bronze medal, 400 points earns you a silver medal, 1,600 points earns you a gold medal, 4,800 points earns you an onyx medal, and 9,600 points earns you the ultimate MAX medal.
