How to Get in the Demon Door in Millfields in Fable 3

In the "Fable" series of fantasy role-playing games for the Xbox 360, the Demon Doors dotted around Albion contain many treasures. Most require a particular display, a solution to a clue or the answer to some other challenge before they open for you. In "Fable III," the Millfields Demon Door has mystified some players, but you can enter if you are prepared to make yourself as unsightly as possible.

Instructions

  Purchase food and drink items that cause you to gain weight, such as pies, meats and beers. Prime locations for buying food include the stalls in Bowerstone and Brightwall.

  Consume the food and beverages you buy by following the prompts either when you buy the food or beverages or when you are injured. Doing this makes you gradually gain weight.

  Go through the dressing room door in the Sanctuary, walk up to your pajamas and then click "A" to wear the pajamas.

  Go to your dyes and click "A" to use them. Use the left and right triggers to browse your list of dyes and then press "A" to apply them. To open the Millfields Demon Door, make your pajama suit as ugly as possible; mismatching colors is a good way to do this.

  Click "Start" to go to the Sanctuary, then walk up to the Hero Status alcove and click "A" to view your alignments. Your aim is to get the Attractive/Ugly slider to move all the way to the right.

  Return to the Demon Door in Millfields when your attractiveness level is as far to the right as possible. The Demon Door eventually speaks, declaring that it will let you through as long as it doesn't have to look at your ugliness any more.
