How to Shoot Through Gates on Team Fortress 2 for XBox

By exploiting a glitch in the Xbox version of the "Team Fortress 2" game, you will be able to shoot through the gates which normally prevent the two teams from attacking each other during setup at the beginning of a round on the Dustbowl map. During the setup period, gates in Dustbowl prevent players in the RED team from entering the spawn area of the BLU team. A glitch, or bug, can however allow players from both teams to shoot projectiles through the gates, provided that they use one of several specific classes.

     Connect to a server where players are currently playing on the Dustbowl map. You can view the current map in the server browser window which appears when you start a game.

     Press the "Back" key on your controller to access the character selection screen. Select either the Soldier, the Demoman, the Pyro or the Sniper.

     Move towards one of the gates, until you are standing against it. Then fire, using your primary weapon. Your projectiles will go right through the gate and injure members of the opposing team.
