Denver Antique Events

Denver antique collectors can take advantage of numerous antique shows throughout the year. These shows feature antique sellers eager to display and sell their merchandise. Both collectors and prospective buyers can find everything from old furniture to coins to vintage clothing. Shows feature vendors from all over the United States and sometimes other countries as well.
  1. World Wide Antique Show

    • The World Wide Antique Show has been a part of Denver for a half century. It takes place at Denver Merchandise Mart Expo Building, as it has for more than 30 years. These shows typically take place three times a year in spring, summer and fall. Admission is $8 for the entire weekend, with a $2 off coupon available on the show's website. More than 160 dealers display their antiques, offering new items at each show. Free parking is available, and food can be purchased on the premises.

Denver Antiques and Art Show and Sale

    • The Denver Antiques and Art Show and Sale attracts dealers and experts from all over the country and around the world. Visitors can view and purchase antique furniture from the United States and Europe, as well as jewelry and antique maps and prints. This annual event takes place in April each year and costs $10 per person for the entire weekend. Visitors can purchase entrance to a preview party, which takes place the day before the event, for $150 per person. A lecture luncheon or dinner, young collector's party and club day are also available for an additional fee. These events feature lectures, tours and refreshments.

    Antiques at Wings

    • Aviation enthusiasts who also have an interest in antiques will enjoy Antiques at Wings. This antique show is located at Wings Over the Rockies, Denver's aviation museum. Dealers from the Midwest and western portions of the United States set up their antique displays among aviation displays, giving visitors the opportunity to view antiques and aircraft. This show takes place around the new year. Admission to the show includes admission to the Air and Space Museum. Children under 12 are free with an adult's admission.

    Horseshoe Craft and Flea Market

    • Flea markets are not exclusively antique shows, but some vendors do carry antique items. This event takes place three times a year: in spring, summer and fall. The Horseshoe Craft and Flea Market is located at the corner of 46th and Tennyson, behind Olinger, Moore and Howard Chapel. In addition to the antique vendors, arts and crafts vendors, such as jewelers, artists and crafters, display their goods for sale. The focus of this market is to offer visitors a wide range of items.
