Instructions

  1. Stains

    • 1

Don rubber gloves. Pour hydrogen peroxide in the plastic cup.

    • 2

Soak the cloth in peroxide for several seconds.

    • 3

Apply the cloth to areas of the china that have stains or need whitening. Soak the china for three or four hours. Check on the progress of the china every hour.

    • 4

If necessary, repeat the hydrogen peroxide applying process. If you want to whiten the entire piece of china, wrap the china in soaked cloths. Allow the china to seat for three or four days, checking on it every three or four hours. If necessary, you can soak items for several months.

    Cleaning

    • 5

Set the china on a waterproof table cloth, in the sink or in a large tub. Don't let the china hit the sides of the sink or tub as this may cause chipping.

    • 6

Rinse your china with warm water.

    • 7

Pour a small dap of mild liquid soap on a clean cloth or rag. Rinse this cloth in warm water.

    • 8

Run the rag over the china. Cover the front, back and inside of the china.

    • 9

Rinse the china with warm water. If necessary, run a damp cloth over the china to remove excess soap.
