Collect Cards
Collect individual or packs of vintage flash cards from online vendors. Handmade craft websites, such as Etsy, make new flash cards that have a vintage look or use vintage magazines to make flash cards. Display them in a coffee table that has a glass top that opens like a display case or in a glass display case that you can mount on a wall or sit on a bookshelf.
Display Cards
Hang vintage flash cards side-by-side on a wall or multiple walls in a room in your house, such as your office or a study. To do this, you will need to select cards that are already fitted with metal slots. The slots can "double as frames," writes Apartment Therapy on its website. If your cards do not come with slots, then consider framing them.
Use Cards
Use vintage flash cards as learning tools. You also can buy new cards that look "vintage" because of their typeface and colors. Use the cards to teach your children ABC's or beginning words. Put the cards in a container and a safe place after using them to retain the quality of the cards.
