870 Pump-Action Disassembly
Check the chamber and magazine for ammunition, and engage the safety mechanism.
Slide the fore-end approximately halfway forward and unscrew and remove the magazine cap.
Hold the barrel ahead of the magazine tube and pull it off the receiver.
Push the carrier upward, reach into the bottom of the weapon, hold down the left shell latch and slide the fore-end off the magazine tube.
Lift the breech bolt assembly and the slide assembly from the back of the action.
Turn the breech bolt assembly upside down, place a thin-headed screwdriver under the tab of the port cover and lift it a tad.
Slide the port cover backward away from the breech bolt assembly and remove the front and rear trigger plate pins.
Lift the back of the trigger plate assembly, slide it backward and take it out of the receiver.
887 Pump-Action Disassembly
Follow Steps 1 to 3 in the 870 Disassembly section.
Tap out the trigger assembly pins that are directly above the trigger with a drive punch and remove the trigger assembly by pulling it down, away from the receiver.
Push the fore-end forward until the bolt assembly is removed from the receiver. Lift the bolt-assembly upward away from the receiver to take it off the action's slide.
Disassemble the bolt assembly by removing the port cover; push it forward and then lift upward.
To reassemble, follow the manufacturer's guidelines.
1100 Autoloader Disassembly
Enable the safety, pull the operating handle to the rear until it locks and unscrew the magazine cap.
Slide the fore-end away from the receiver by pulling it away from the barrel.
Remove the barrel seal, piston and piston seal from the mag tube.
Close the action by holding the operating handle.
Pull the operating handle away from the bolt.
Push the carrier release and push upward on the carrier. Reach into the bottom of the weapon and press the feed latch. Hold it down and pull the action assembly out of the receiver, then let go of the feed latch.
Raise the breech bolt assembly from the rear of the action assembly.
Push out the rear and forward trigger plate pins, lift the rear of the trigger assembly and take it from the receiver.
1187 Autoloader Disassembly
Follow Steps 1 and 2 in the 1100 Disassembly section.
Slide the magazine collar away and remove the barrel.
Slide the three seals off the magazine tube.
Follow steps 5 and 6 in the 1100 section.
Replace the magazine cap after you lift the breech bolt assembly from the action bar assembly, tap out the trigger plate pins, lift the trigger assembly and remove it.
