Instructions
Side Conversion
Release the two retention wires located on the back of the holster from the retention snap. Rotate the wires to the upward position.
Press the lips of the retention snap inward past the edges of the holster's plastic mounting plate. If the retention snap is catching on the edge of the mounting plate, you can use a screwdriver in the same way that you would use a shoe-horn to help it clear the edge. Unfasten the flap and pull the entire flap piece up and out of the holster.
Turn your holster over to the other side. Place the metal bar of the flap assembly into the top horizontal slot on the mount and slide the flap down into position. The lips of the retention snap will emerge from the bottom of the mounting plate.
Pistol Security
Pull down on the hook at the bottom of the holster's flap and open the flap.
Place your M9, or comparably sized, handgun into the holster.
Fold down the holster's flap and secure the flap hook.
Holster Attachment
Use a conventional belt by weaving your belt through the vertical slots on the back of the holster. Adjust your holster to the desired position and secure your belt.
Use a tactical pistol belt by lifting the retention wires, putting the holster in position along your belt, closing the retention wires over the pistol belt and securing the wire on the retention snap.
Wear your holster low by attaching the hooks at the ends of the retention wires to two eye holes on your pistol belt. You can further secure your holster, effectively making it a tactical leg holster, by placing a strap through the slots of the mounting plate (as you would a conventional belt) and securing the strap to your leg. When attaching the strap around your leg, make sure that the strap is tight enough to secure the holster, but not so tight that it interferes with your circulation.
