Things You'll Need
Instructions
Determine the amount of adjustment necessary by setting up a target at a range of 100 yards, firing three bullets with well-aimed and controlled shots at your target, and identifying the center of your shot group.
Estimate the necessary adjustment. For example, if your shot group is one inch to the right of your aim point, then you need to adjust the windage one inch to the left.
Use the dial on the right side of the scope to adjust the windage. Clockwise moves the reticle left and counterclockwise moves it right. For our previous example, given that each click represents 1/4 of an inch, you would turn the dial four clicks clockwise to adjust the windage one inch to the left.
