Ankle Holsters
There are many ankle holsters that can accommodate the G26. An ankle holster is worn strapped around your leg just above your ankle and is concealed by your pant leg. Most ankle holsters keep your gun secured with a strap that goes over the top of the weapon. However, the ankle holsters produced by Fobus feature a passive restraint system that keeps your gun in place unless drawn in a specific manner.
Pocket Holsters
Pocket holsters are designed to fit into your pocket and hide the outline of the weapon. There are pocket holsters that fit into your front pocket and are similar in construction to conventional holsters and holsters that take on the appearance of wallets to the casual observer. The G26 is small enough to utilize a pocket holster. The holster also protects your pistol and prevents unintentional contact with the trigger.
Thigh Holsters
The thigh holster from Galco takes the concept of a garter belt and applies it to concealed carry. The holster keeps your G26 on the inside of your thigh and is perfectly suited for women wearing dresses or for men, or women, wearing baggy shorts. Thigh holsters may be a good choice for the summer months.
Fanny Pack/Notebook Holsters
You can also completely conceal your G26 pistol with a fanny pack or small notebook equipped with a compartment for your handgun. Uncle Mike's produces some of these holsters. The fanny pack is worn on the front of your body and has a hidden section, behind the primary area of the fanny pack, that is secured with Velcro and easily accessible. The notebook holster allows you to keep your pistol tucked among the features of an otherwise conventional notebook.
