Walther Scope Specifications

Walther produces scopes and optic sights specifically designed for use with air guns. Walther scopes feature Airgun Shock Reinforcement (ASR) technology, which compensates for the first recoil rearward -- much like the traditional rifle -- and the additional forward shock that's unique to air guns. Walther scopes are available in a fixed four-power model and the variable power model with a 1.5 to 4.5 magnification range.
  1. Scopes Construction and Objective Lens

    • Walther scopes are constructed from a 1-inch tube, and feature a 32 mm objective lens. The objective lens of channels light into the body of the scope, given the relative short range of an air gun the 32 mm lens provides plenty of light for you to get a clear sight picture.

    Scope Reticles and Reticle Adjustments

    • The scopes feature duplex reticles to help you maintain a clear view of your target and can be zeroed in by using the adjustment dials on the top and right hand side of scope. Zeroing in your scope consists of moving the reticles -- or cross hairs -- to align with the pellet's projected point of impact.

    Scope Mounts

    • Walther scopes can the quickly attached to most air rifles by using the pre-installed scope mounts. The majority of air rifles feature 3/8-inch mounting slots built into the top of the rifle, the mounts on Walther scopes are compatible with these slots.
