The Glock 26̵1;or ̶0;Baby̶1; Glock̵1;is a subcompact pistol chambered in 9mm. The pistol's small size and large capacity (10 rounds) make the G26 a popular choice for concealed carry. Fobus produces several holsters designed to fit the G26, including paddle belt holsters, ankle holsters and shoulder holsters. Your choice of holster should be based on accessibility, practicality and comfort. For example, a shoulder holster is easily accessible and generally comfortable, but ̵1; to be concealable - must be worn under a jacket, which may not be practical; whereas, an ankle holster is very concealable but not as accessible. Fobus holsters are constructed of plastic and utilize a passive retention system; limiting the contact between the weapon and the holster, which results in a faster draw. Regardless of where they are worn, all the holsters involve the same technique for drawing the weapon.

1
Position your holster by placing your unloaded G26 pistol in the holster and putting it on.
-
2
Adjust your holster so that it is comfortable, accessible and ̵1; if your holster is a roto-holster - set to the proper angle so that you can draw your pistol with a quick motion. The angle on roto-holster models can by adjusted by loosening the ¼ inch Phillips head screw located on the inside of the holster̵7;s paddle (directly against the shooter̵7;s body), adjusting the angle so that it will allow you to pull the gun straight out of the holster ̵1; the precise angle will vary according to your personal preference. The holsters are designed to only release if the gun is pulled straight out.
