How do I Get a Gun License in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania?

Pennsylvania revised its laws in 1989 to allow residents to legally carry handguns with a license. There is no requirement for any particular training or range qualifications. Pennsylvania falls into the "shall issue" category for concealed carry licenses, meaning that a license shall be issued to any qualified applicant unless there is a specific reason not to do so.
