How to Dissasemble a Glock

The Austrian-made Glock is a staple handgun in many law enforcement outfits worldwide. Gun enthusiasts usually pick one of these up because of its reliability and resilience. Disassembling, or field stripping, a Glock requires a little background knowledge about firearms. But this knowledge is easy to acquire, and before long you will be able to disassemble your Glock quickly. Glocks are made in a variety of models, but they all disassemble in the same way.

Instructions

Point your Glock in a safe direction. Make sure you are not touching the trigger or the trigger guard.
