Things You'll Need
Instructions
Place a target at a range of approximately 30 feet. From a steady position, carefully center your scope on your target and shoot at least three times. Check your target and mark the center of the shot group.
Estimate the necessary scope corrections to move the center of your shop group to the center of your target. For example, if the group is low and to the right of the target center, and your scope cross-hairs need to be adjusted up and to the left.
Adjust your scope cross-hairs by turning the adjustment dial on the right hand side of the scope clockwise to move the cross-hair left or counter-clockwise to move the cross-hair right. Rotating the adjustment dial on the top of the scope clockwise will move the cross-hairs down or counter-clockwise we’ll move them up.
Place a target at a range of approximate 75 feet (the first round was just to get the scope on the target) and repeat the process. Make adjustments to your scope until you’re consistently hitting your target.
