Boxes
Using boxes to contain samples is not only a time-honored means of presenting a certain product, it also allows for easy mailing to clients. Cut the different samples into squares and place them in boxes formed to fit the squares. Create a box that opens from the side, to make removal of the copper easier. Design the box with help from a graphic designer.
Envelopes
Envelopes are a means of packaging a few copper samples, easily sent in the mail, and can be made in a variety of ways, from the traditional to the funky. Envelopes can be made of unusual shapes and contain a variety of samples, as well as a card with explanation for each and a small description of your company. Design these so that they not only look attractive when pulled out, but the envelope can be resealed and stored, such as those made with strings holding the flaps down.
Keyrings
When handing out copper samples, joining the samples together using a keyring is not only practical but also attractive. One of the best functions of the ring is that the copper samples can be fanned out, allowing the potential customer to compare and contrast a variety of coppers. Have the copper samples in square form and design a small box to hold the keyring as well as an explanation of the company or pricing sheet. Or, instead of a box, add a few extra pages of paper, the same shape as the copper, to the top of the pile to provide explanation of the company and samples.
Paper Sheets
Providing a large paper sheet, that has holes cut out to hold small samples of the copper and a matching paper backing, is a practical way to show clients the variety of your copper samples. The paper can be folded and handed out, placed in an envelope and mailed, or tacked to a bulletin board to show copper samples as clients walk in. Under each sample, provide an explanation of the copper, as well as an introduction of your company at the top and all the services you provide.
