How to Order Back Issues of The New Yorker

The New Yorker magazine published its first issue on Feb. 21, 1925, with a cover image of a top-hatted dandy dubbed Eustace Tilley. Notable writers, artists and editors contributed to the magazine over its history. It publishes fiction, nonfiction, poetry and drawings, including cartoons. If you want a back issue, you have a few choices, from buying digital versions that allow you to view full electronic copies of old issues on a computer, to contacting the magazine by phone or online to ask about ordering a single print copy.
