Check the Lenox company&'s website to see if your stemware was recently discontinued. The company typically retires patterns on Feb. 1 or Aug. 1 each year. Items can be ordered through the company as long as stock is available.
Visit websites that offer crystal stemware replacement, including discontinued patterns. Examples of websites include Replacements.com, Tabletop Designs.com and DiscontinuedCrystal.com. Enter the name of your Lenox stemware pattern in the search box, and a list of available items will come up.
Go to antique stores and collectors’ shows that feature items for the home, including crystal. (Find nearby collector shows by doing an Internet search or checking local event listings.) Call ahead and inquire if they have any Lenox crystal stemware in your pattern. If not, ask if the vendor will write down your contact information and the pattern and pieces you want, and let you know if they find the pieces. These dealers also may be able to recommend other stores or dealers that might have the pattern you want.
