Checklist for the Garbage Pail Kids Trading Cards

The Garbage Pail Kids trading card series started in the mid-1980s as a spoof following the phenomenon of the Cabbage Patch Kids. These controversial cards depicted visually twisted characters that were popular to some and offensive to others. Garbage Pail Kids cards are still available today through Internet searches or comic book and collector stores. These cards have many variations including first prints and different backs that were distributed throughout the world. In the U.S., 15 trading card series have featured the Garbage Pail Kids.
