Things You'll Need
Instructions
Remove all clothing from the doll and wash according to the directions. Some garments may require dry-cleaning. Read all labels carefully.
Turn a blow dryer to a cool setting. Apply the air stream to the doll to remove any dust and loose dirt or lint.
Dip a small area of a clean cotton cloth into cool water. Gently rub the porcelain of the doll in a circular motion starting in an inconspicuous spot such as the back of the neck. Rub only a tiny spot and then inspect the area to ensure that no damage is being done with the use of the cloth.
Wipe the face, arms and legs of the doll, using the damp cotton cloth. Rub in a small circular motion.
Dampen a cotton swab with water. Clean the small areas around the ears, nose, mouth and between the fingers of the doll.
Apply a small amount of dish soap diluted with water to a cotton swab to remove any marks or dirt that remains on the doll. Touch only a tiny area with the swab first to ensure the soap will not damage the doll.
