Look up the value of your card in "Beckett Sports Cards Monthly." Search first under sport, then under year, then card brand, then card number. The price listed will be a low and high range of what your card is worth.
Take your "Tuff Stuff's Sports Collectors Monthly" and repeat this process. Matching the two prices from the two different sources will give you a better idea of what your card is actually worth.
Subscribe to the Beckett.com Online Price Guide. The online versions are much more extensive and have listings for every card. You can subscribe for a period of time such as 1 month, 6 months or 1 year, or you can pay per card lookup. Just enter search criteria in the main search bar at the top of any page at Beckett.com to find your card.
Take your card to a card dealer for an estimate. Estimates will vary from dealer to dealer and should just be taken as a general estimates, not a definite as to the card's actual value.
Find copies of your card on online auction sites such as eBay. Search the completed listings to get an idea of what your card is selling for.
