Lollipop Mice
Cut a heart out of construction paper and fold it in half to form the shape of the mouse's body. Glue the edges from the tip to the widest part of the back, but leave open a gap at the end. Cut small hearts out of another piece of paper and fold them in half to make the ears, then glue them on. Finally, draw on a face and then stick the Tootsie Pop into the mouse body with the stick hanging out the back to form the mouse's tail.
Lollipop Flowers
Stick Valentine-covered cupcake wrappers inside one another, approximately three at a time. Poke a hole through the center and slide a Tootsie pop inside. Fluff out and cut slits in the layers of the cupcake wrappers to form the petals of a Valentine flower with a Tootsie Pop center.
Foam Sculpture
Get a foam craft shape, such as a sphere or a cone, from a craft store. Spray paint it red or pink, and then poke Tootsie pops into it, keeping them as close together as possible. Now you have an edible Valentine sculpture that will make an ideal centerpiece for your Valentine's Day activities.
Lollipop Bouquet
Get an ice cream cone and paint it with green food coloring. Stick a small amount of floral foam inside and then stick Tootsie pops into this foam. Wrap in green tissue paper and tie with a ribbon bow to make a small, sweet bouquet for Valentine's Day.
Lollipop Kiss
Cut out red and pink lip shapes from card stock or construction paper. Poke a small hole in the center and stick a Tootsie Pop through this hole. Then when the recipients suck on the lollipop they can "wear" the fun lips on their faces.
Lollipop Butterfly
Cut out two large red hearts from card stock and two smaller pink hearts. Glue the pink hearts to the center of the red hearts, and then place the hearts together tip to tip. These will be the butterfly's wings; now tape a Tootsie Pop in between the two to hold the wings in place as the butterfly's body. You can even write a personalized message across the butterfly's wings for Valentine's Day.
