The Internet has drastically changed the video-gaming landscape, and it's now possible to compete with other gamers across the world. In the online multiplayer version of "Call of Duty," players can form teams, or clans, and can customize their clan tag, which is a four-letter code attached to user ID name. These clan tags enhance group and identity solidarity and distinguish one clan from another. The tags serve to communicate some characterisic of the clan itself or display a text-based symbol, such as a crown, that signifies power and prestige. You can edit clan tags in all CoD versions except the PC edition of "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2."

Enter Prestige mode.

Click on the "Barracks" menu.

Select "Clan."

Click "Edit Clan Tag."

Create the image of a crown using text. You are only allotted four characters, but you can approximate a crown by typing "WWW," "_V_V", "oWo," or some variation of these.
