Attacking
Players can use the attack functions of The Mafia Boss to their advantage. Choose from five attack types: headquarters invasions, cartel invasions, drive-by shootings, armory attacks and grand theft auto. Use a combination of multiple attack types for maximum effect, and use the element of surprise to your advantage, unleashing multiple attacks on an unsuspecting and unprepared opponent. Attacks can both decimate rival crews and score loot.
Multiple Accounts
One literal "cheat" in The Mafia Boss involves opening multiple accounts under a pseudonym. In this way, you can operate multiple crews who can associate with and support each other, perhaps even uniting into one family controlled entirely by you. However, this is a breach of ethics and a direct violation of The Mafia Boss' stated rules. It's better to rely on legal cheats. Remember that even real-life mafiosi abide by "omerta," a venerated code of honor practiced among their members.
Strength in Numbers
The Mafia Boss emulates the "organized" aspect of organized crime by letting you associate with other virtual mobsters and crime families. A single, isolated crew probably won't fare well in The Mafia Boss, where different crews unite to form families. Joining families offers you a stronger defense and deeper offense, but it commits you to intervene in the affairs of the family. Alternatively, you can use the hire function to contract out your profitable dirty work. Hire gangsters outside of your crew to keep your hands clean.
