Instructions
Distribute one folder, one answer pad and the same category list to each player.
Cover your answer pad with the folder so other players cannot see your answers. Keep the category list close for easy access.
Press the "Stop" button and turn the knob clockwise to set the timer.
Roll the 20-sided letter die on the rolling board. The letter indicated on the 20-sided die represents the key letter for that round.
Press the "Start" button on the timer to begin the round. The knob will make a ticking sound to indicate it is counting down.
Write down words beginning with the key letter for all 12 categories. For example, if the key letter is "D" and the first category is "animals," you can write "Dog." However, if another player also writes "Dog," neither player receives a point.
Put your pencil down when the timer expires.
Read out your answers for each category and have every player do the same. Draw a circle around the words that were not used by the other players. Score one point for each circled word. In case of a tie, no points are awarded.
Record your score at the top of your answer card in the corresponding column.
Reset the timer and roll the 20-sided die for a new letter. If you roll the same letter as the first round, roll again. Continue to use the same answer pad; each game is played with only one category list.
Add the points of each player from the three rounds. The player with the highest cumulative score wins the game.
