Instructions
Set up the game. Place the Instant Message and Text Message cards face down in their respective places on the board. Give each player $1,500 in the following increments: two each of the $500, $100, $50 bills; six $20s; and five each of the $10, $5 and five $1 bills. The remaining money stays in the bank.
Choose a token that will represent you on the board.
Take turns rolling the dice. The number on the dice will indicate the number of spaces you should move. Take another turn if you roll doubles. Go to Jail if you roll doubles three times in a row.
Choose whether to buy an unsold property if you land on one. If you do buy a property, you will acquire a Title Deed card.
Collect and pay money. Each time you pass "Go," you are allowed to collect $200 from the bank. Anytime you land on "Shopping Spree," you will pay a penalty of $200. If you are sent to jail, the only way to get out is by using the "Get Out of Jail Free" card, rolling doubles on the dice or by paying $50. Text Message and Instant Message cards also may give you money or ask you to pay a penalty.
Purchase boutiques and malls for your property. After obtaining all properties of a like color, you can improve the properties by purchasing up to four boutiques for each one. This will increase the rent you can charge other players for landing on your properties. After buying four boutiques for a property, you may buy a mall to max out the rent you can charge.
Attempt to win the game. The winner of the game is the only player that isn't bankrupt, or the the wealthiest player if you are playing under a time limit.
