Distribute $7,500 dollars of game money to each player. You can play with two to four players, so divide cash accordingly. Each player also begins with his own economy hotel on the board, of which each has two floors. Each floor contains a single room, a double room and two guest suites.
Draw three guest cards and have other players do so as well. Based on your cards "check in" the guests or discard. For example, you may have a guest who wants to rent out your suite, which will bring in more money then a single room renter, or a guest may not want to stay in an economy hotel, in which case you can discard. Based on what your card tells you decide if that guest is worth checking in, or if you would like to wait and leave a room or floor open for another guest you may encounter during game play.
Take turns rolling the die and moving around the board. As you go you will land on different spaces that allow you to check out guests to make room for new ones. Other spaces include Telegram spaces where you will draw a card that can either help your or hurt you. For example, you can get a Telegram card saying your hotel has undergone some damage and you need to give money to the bank, or you may have one that gives you protection from other Telegram cards.
Continue game play, going around the board, checking guests out and in, and upgrading your hotels when you can (either by making enough money to buy and upgrade or getting a Telegram card that allows you to upgrade). When a player earns $500K, she has won the game.
