Life

• Different Disney movies and attractions have inspired various versions of the Game of Life. Instead of a car, the two Pirates of the Caribbean versions of the game have you sail the open seas, visiting ports and amassing treasure. In the Monsters Inc. version, you navigate life in the city of Monstropolis. If you prefer, you can explore the after life in the Haunted Mansion Life version of the game.

Clue

• Disney offers two new exciting settings for the mystery game Clue, based on two of its most famous and exciting theme park rides. The first is the Haunted Mansion, in which you solve which character is spooked by which ghost, and in which room of the mansion. The second is the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, set in the fictional Hollywood Tower Hotel in 1939. A famous Disney star has disappeared in the fateful storm that struck the tower, and you must find out who they are, where they were and what prop they had with them.

Scene It?

• This fun, interactive DVD trivia game offers a few versions for Disney fans in which you have to guess the scenes from various Disney movies and television shows and answer trivia question cards. Versions include Scene It? Disney Edition, Scene It Disney 2nd Edition, Scene It? Disney Channel and Scene It? Disney Pirates of the Caribbean.

Monopoly

• Monopoly by far offers the most Disney versions, some played with the classic Monopoly rules and others with unique twists to the game. Disney Monopoly is very much like classic Monopoly. Instead of properties, you purchase Disney films and instead of railroads, you purchase special modes of transportation like Aladdin's flying carpet. Monopoly Disney Edition incorporates 25 Disney films, but changes the traditional game rules. For example, there is a feature with Tinkerbell who helps players with their game along the way. Monopoly Disney's Pixar Edition focuses on the movies made with Pixar, such as "Toy Story," "Monsters Inc.," and "Cars." Monopoly Jr. Disney Channel Edition features characters from popular Disney channel shows, such as Hannah Montana, Kim Possible and twins Zac and Cody. USAopoly My Disney Villains Monopoly is different in that you get to arrange your favorite villain's spots on the board, putting them where you think they best fit. Some other specialty Disney Monopoly versions are: Pirates of the Caribbean Monopoly, Toy Story Monopoly Jr., Shrek Monopoly, Monopoly Jr Shrek 2 Game, Monopoly Jr. Disney Princess and Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas Monopoly.

Unique Games

• For those who love Walt Disney World, Disney Magic Kingdom Game has you race around the board to visit famous attractions at the Orlando, Florida, theme park such as Space Mountain and Pirates of the Carribbean. Shrek 2 Twisted Fairytale Game has players race around the land of Far, Far and Away to rescue Princess Fiona from the evil Fairy Godmother's castle. Along the way, you may be asked to battle soldiers, imitate characters, sing songs or belch. Disney DVD Bingo will both entertain and educate children. The DVD calls numbers at random, teaching kids numbers, colors, patterns, matching skills and, of course, Disney characters.
