Things You'll Need
Instructions
The game is kind of like monopoly but you actually can use what you learn in real life. You start by picking your favorite colored rat and hunk of cheese. You then pick your dream by placing the cheese on your chosen dream square. Then you will be given a random profession. You might be anything from a doctor to a garbage man. You never know.
You then are given a financial statement sheet which will give you your cashflow per month. You will copy your random profession card onto your financial statement sheet. The banker then gives you your stated savings amounts as your beginning cash. You then roll to see who goes first. The highest roll wins.
The first player rolls the dice and moves around the board. You may land on a number of real life squares. Let's say you land on opportunity. Opportunity allows you to draw an opportunity card. There is no telling what you will draw it may be some kind of real estate deal or stock buying opportunities. You will either go with the deal or pass or you may sell it to another player at your price. If you choose to do a deal you will adjust your financial sheet accordingly and your accountant will check it for you. The object of the game is to either buy your dream or make fifty times your ending cash in the fast track. Whether you win or lose you will learn financial intelligence and the importance of wise investing. You can learn from this game and apply it to real life. I use the Cashflow financial statement sheet from the game and track all of my real life finances so I can get out of the rat race for real. Remember the name of the game is cashflow so you want to make decisions that will bring you the most cashflow at the end of each month to win the game.
