How to Win at Stone Age

"Stone Age" is a board game about running a prehistoric tribe. In order to win, you'll need to increase your tribe, gather lots of resources, claim civilization cards, build huts, and if you want to avoid starving, feed your tribe. The trick is to do all of this at once, in a limited time, while your opponents take the actions you wanted.

Instructions

  Raise your food production as soon as possible by playing a person on the farm whenever you can.

  Play on the family hut when the farm is taken, to gain more tribe members to place in future turns.

  Watch the cards to take advantage of any cards you want that can be bought for one resource.

  Grab a tool when none of the above are available.

  Gather wood with any remaining people, unless you need food.

  Consider buying the more expensive cards if you have lots of wood.

  Look at the huts available to build, and gather the appropriate resources to build them.
- 8
  Watch your opponent in a two-player game. If she is weak in a certain key area, continue to block that area.
