Cut 1 of the 3 popsicle sticks in half using your scissors.
Cut the tip off of another 1 of the 3 popsicle sticks. So, now you should have 1 popsicle stick cut in half, 1 popsicle stick with a missing tip, and 1 popsicle stick that has not been cut in any way.
Hot glue the 2 halves of the popsicle stick--that you just cut in half--to the middle of the popsicle stick that you haven't cut; forming an X that lays flat on the table. This will be the stand for your bingo card holder.
Glue the flat end of the popsicle stick with the tip removed to the center of the X that you just made with the other 2 popsicle sticks. This will allow it to stand vertically.
Glue 1 side of the clothes pin to the top of the vertically standing popsicle stick so that the tip of the popsicle stick comes to just below the metal hinge of the clothes pin. The clothes pin will serve as the holder of the bingo cards.
Decorate your bingo card hold however you would like. You can wrap the base with ribbon, glue buttons to the tips of your stand, or use stickers for decoration.
