Things You'll Need
Instructions
Develop a list of social skills trivia questions. They can include skills for school, dating, parties, friendship and other activities.
Create a game board. Study other games for models you like. You can draw your own with markers and paper, create one in an art program, or look on the web for game board templates. Mount your board design for support.
Make your game pieces. Download and print players' pictures to mount on cardboard tokens. You can also use coins, or pieces from other games for tokens. You could create a spinner to advance tokens, but dice will do just as well.
Write the rules to decide how players advance, select questions and win the game. You can model the rules for any trivia board game. The rules should make the game fun, challenging, not too difficult to win. Make sure there is a reward for winning.
Test the game with players in the target age group. It's the best way to make sure the game engages players without being too difficult.
