Instructions
Use the straight edge to make eight columns on the paper. Label the columns as follows: Upper Section (Lower section for the bottom half of the paper), How to Score, Game #1 - Game #6. If the paper is big enough to allow it, feel free to add extra game columns.
Draw out nine rows to complete the upper section of the score card. If the paper is ruled, it is easier to section the rows.
Label the rows of column one of the upper section as follows: Aces, Twos, Threes, Fours, Fives, Sixes, Total Score, Bonus (If total score is 63 or above) and Total of Upper Section.
Label the rows of column two (How to Score section) as follows: Count and Add Only Aces - Count and Add Only Sixes, draw an arrow in row seven, write Score 35 in row eight and put another arrow in row nine.
Leave the remaining columns of the upper section blank.
Section the Lower Section of the card into 12 rows. The Yahtzee Bonus section will actually take up two rows.
Label the rows of column one, lower section as follows: 3 of a Kind, 4 of a Kind, Full House, Sm. Straight (sequence of 4), Lg. Straight (sequence of 5), YAHTZEE (5 of a kind), Chance, Yahtzee Bonus, Total of Lower Section, Total of Upper Section and Grand Total.
Label the rows of column two, lower section as follows: Add Total of All Dice, Add Total of All Dice, Score 25, Score 30, Score 40, Score 50, Score Total of All Five Dice, Checkmark for each Bonus, Score 100 per checkmark, arrow, arrow, arrow.
Divided each column into three small boxes (to place the checkmarks), in the row that is labeled Checkmark for each bonus.
Make several copies with a copy machine if you have one.
