Tia Dalma's Isle
Visit Tia Dalma's Isle to access the opening level and to purchase rumors that unlock three treasures: Eric the Red's Stein, the Golden Mayan Headdress and the Boots of Chantico. All three treasures sit out in the open and don't take much effort to find. The Isle's most difficult challenge occurs in the Gibbering Jungle, where you must catch Little Jack the monkey. Chase Little Jack to the right, then down until you get a chance to attack him. This sends him scurrying to the left. Keep chasing Little Jack, defeating enemies along the way and avoiding Little Jack's thrown rocks. You have to attack Little Jack six times before capturing him.
Isla de Tristeza
Isla de Tristeza contains five treasures: Ching Shih's Jade Crown, the Golden Monkey Statue, Poseidon's Horn, the Black Jade Seal and the Silver Naval Badge. On the Dutchman Del Mar level, go beyond the sand traps and the grass with knives in it to find a series of platforms. Jump up the various platforms to find Ching Shih's Crown. To get the Golden Monkey Statue, climb the series of platforms near the beginning of the Dutch Point level. Climb a second series of platforms, defeat a Navy man, then squat down. You will see the Monkey Statue. Drop down to the platform below to collect the treasure.
Isla Cruces
Arrive on Cruces Beach and go right, avoiding the birds and crabs. Defeat an enemy, then hack away the plant to find gold. Move right, hopping from ledge to ledge over quicksand, until you reach the last ledge. You will find the Distaff of Atlantis treasure. Subsequent Cruces levels contain the Crown of Henry Morgan, the Bottomless Goblet, the Goodfellow's Idol and the Bronze Effigy, with all of the treasures out in the open. Captain Jack must defeat Norrington atop a giant spinning wheel to complete the mission. Be aggressive in attacking Norrington, but be careful not to fall off the wheel.
Flying Dutchman
After departing Isla Cruces, you encounter the Davy Jones and his ship, The Flying Dutchman. Board the Dutchman and climb to the top of the ship. Stand on the edge to the left of Davy Jones and attack with bombs and the Hell Fire combination. Remember, the Hell Fire combination also injures Jack, so use it sparingly. Keep attacking Davy Jones until he disappears. Make your way down the ship to face Davy Jones again. Continue the attack until he's defeated.
The Kraken
Once you've defeated Davy Jones, you must kill the Kraken sea monster to win the game. Sail within striking distance of the Kraken, then start making continuous circles around the monster. Avoid its tentacles. Each circle forces the Kraken to turn, creating the opportunity to blast it with your cannons. Continue the pattern until the Kraken falls.
