Glitches in Modern Warfare: Reflex for the Wii

"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Reflex Edition" is a first-person shooter for the Nintendo Wii. The game lets you play as soldiers deployed on a number of military operations -- from full-fledged firefights in the Middle East to stealth missions behind enemy lines that require far more subtlety. The game includes several accidental glitches you can exploit for your benefit to gain strategic advantages during combat.

Downpour Buildings
- The game's Downpour map uses a rainy Russian farmland as the battleground. Several wooden shacks with corrugated metal covering the windows dot the landscape. Run at the metal windows, jump and then crouch in midair to pass directly through the metal and enter the shack. Once inside, you can shoot at your enemies through cracks in the walls and create the perfect sniper's nest. Exit the shacks in the same manner, jumping and crouching into the metal windows.
Downpour Tree
- The Downpour map also includes a glitch that lets you take position on top of a tree. Locate flag B and then look around for a building with a tractor parked in front. Climb the building's ladder to the roof and look for the nearby tree with no leaves. Run and jump off the roof to land on top of the tree and to achieve a good sniper position against your enemies.
Elevator
- The game's multiplayer mode contains several locations from which you can perform an elevator glitch. The elevator glitch lets you float straight up as if riding an elevator, letting you reach higher locations that are normally off limits. To execute the glitch, jump, crouch in midair and then quickly jump again. One such spot exists on the Backlot map. Find the building with the turret and couch inside. Advance up the railing until you reach the corner, which is where you can activate the glitch. You can find another elevator glitch on the District map. Locate the building with two boxes in the center of the room. Climb the boxes and then do the jump-crouch-jump sequence.
Rocket Jump
- Fire a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) straight down at your own feet to initiate the rocket jump glitch. The resulting explosion propels you straight up through the air so you can reach higher platforms. The Bloc map, which replicates a deserted Ukrainian apartment complex, contains several ideal spots for rocket jumps. Go to the deck of the empty swimming pool and fire an RPG at your feet to jump up to the room's second floor walkway. Once outside in the city, look for a wrecked car near a brick wall. Climb onto the car's roof and perform a rocket jump to reach the top of the wall.
