Players of this game should have a few hours to prepare by thinking of a hairstyle idea and then carrying it out on themselves. The idea of the game is simple: players aim to create the best hairstyle they can during the allotted period of time. Once all the players have reassembled and shown off their hairstyles, each player must cast one vote, and the individual with the most votes wins the contest.
Silly Makeover
Prior to playing this game, players should ensure they have a bunch of hair products such as temporary hair dye and hair gel at hand. The players sit in a circle. Each rolls a dice. The player who gets the highest roll initially gets to be the hair stylist. The remaining players then roll again, with the lowest rolling player being the stylist̵7;s client for the game. The stylist then aims to create the silliest hairstyle she can on her client, using the advice of the other participants too. The golden rule is that no long-term change can take place, so the stylist can̵7;t snip hair off, for example.
Hairstyle Impressions
Players sit around in a circle. Each player takes it in turns to do an impression of something that the other participants then have to correctly guess within a limited period of time. The only catch is that the player can use only her hair to create the impression. So she might put her hair up in a certain fashion to resemble the style of a well-known celebrity, or place her hair around her face in the fashion of a beard. This game is obviously best-suited to people with longer hair.
Guess That Celebrity Hairstyle
Before playing this game, the organizer should head online or collect photos from magazines of well-known celebrities with distinctive hairstyles. For each photo, the organizer covers the face with black tape or similar and then attaches the image to cardboard for durability. On their turn, players are given an image in turn and score a point if they correctly guess who the celebrity is just by looking at the hairstyle.
