Card Passwords
Having better cards than the boss is just as crucial as your wisdom in using them. But you don't have to work your way through the game to get all the cards you want. Go to the Password Machine in the Options Menu at the Start Screen. Type in a password from the link in the Resource Section to get any card you want. Get powerful cards like Armed Dragon Level 10 and Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.
Powerful Deck Themes
The key to getting the highest rank at the dueling academy is to know the decks well, and how to construct one that is coherent. A coherent deck features cards that support each other. For example, a Harpy Deck features Harpy Lady cards and other cards that give Harpies a boost, such as Harpy Picnic. Other themed decks that you can make from the cards available in Tag Force include the Skull Servant deck and the Alien deck.
Beating Stages
The only way to get through the dueling academy is to partner up with a fellow dueler by a certain date. If you don't do so by the deadline, you will have to start over. This sounds deceptively easy; in fact it can be difficult finding a partner. Knowing where potential partners are is critical in finding them by the time you need them. You can find partners at Obelisk Blue Boys and Girls Dorm, the Harbor, and the Yellow Dorm.
Booster Packs
Booster Packs feature additional cards that can supplement your deck building, which is the main activity besides dueling of the game. Booster packs are only accessible when you unlock them through beating a special challenge or typing in a password. To get one free booster pack, go to the Card Shop in the opening menu screen, and with your controller hit: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right. Then type "X" and "O." This gives you the Midday Constellation booster pack for free.
