Zodiac Pins
On your mission to find the first girl, you'll need to collect three Zodiac Pins in order to open a chest at the Farmhouse. You can find the Cancer Pin in the Stables. The Tailor Shop contains the Pisces Pin. And you'll find the Taurus Pin downstairs in the Farmhouse. Use all three Zodiac Pins to open the chest, which holds a key you'll need later in the game.
Medallion Pieces
In order to open the north gate at the Town Crossroads, you'll need to collect two Medallion Pieces. You can find the first Medallion Piece in the Farmhouse Attic, the very room where you meet the first girl. The Medallion rests on the room's windowsill. You'll find the second Medallion Piece on the carriage located near the Town Sign.
Dreamcatcher
The first girl you meet in the Farmhouse Attic suffers from terrible nightmares. If you construct a Dreamcatcher to soothe her sleep, she'll give you a valuable key. You can build a Dreamcatcher from the feathers found in the garden of the East Road, the willow branch cut from the willow tree above the North Gate and the ball of yarn you must make using the spinning wheel and cotton fibers from the Farmhouse.
Scarecrow
On your way to meet the second girl, you'll have to construct a scarecrow to scare away the birds in front of the Sawmill. You can find a wooden frame for the scarecrow behind the Barn. The Farmyard's clothesline provides the necessary tattered clothes, which you can then stuff with hay from the wagon near the North Gate. Finally, you'll have to use your knife and a pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch to carve the scarecrow's head.
Pulley System
At one point, you'll need to retrieve a bucket of water from the well. To do so, you must first build a pulley system using the pulley hook from the wagon by the North Gate, the rope from the Gallows and the clothesline from the Farmhouse. Use the bucket of water to extinguish the fire in the house with the garden so you can collect the toasting fork.
