How to Maximize Level Scores on Angry Birds

In ̶0;Angry Birds,̶1; you can maximize your level scores to gain access to more Golden Egg levels. The Golden Egg levels offer various awards including bonus levels. When you complete a level on the game, your game play is rated with one to three stars. The higher your points total during the game, the higher your rating. A high rating often translates into a higher level score.

  Learn how each bird functions on ̶0;Angry Birds̶1; to help maximize level scores. Understanding in which capacity to use the birds can help you to more efficiently beat each level. For instance, blue and red birds are best used for short-range pitches towards pigs, while yellow birds are better suited for hitting structures or long-range targets.

  Destroy as much of the structures as possible. Points are awarded for not only destroying pigs, but also for destroying the structures in which they hide.

  Defeat the pigs with as few birds as possible. The fewer birds you use, the more likely you are to be awarded three stars on a level. You also are awarded 10,000 points for each bird you do not use.

  Replay levels on which you do not earn three stars. When you replay a level, you have the advantage of knowing exactly where you need to hit to defeat all the pigs. You can replay the level as often as you desire.

  Watch video walkthroughs online to determine the best strategy for defeating the pigs. Many walkthroughs offer the best way to win using one or two birds. Video walkthroughs are available on YouTube, Dailymotion and Game Anyone. By mimicking the walkthrough, you can potentially earn the highest scores available on a level.
