Expert Sword Jump
Throughout the game, Bilbo can find hidden power-up scrolls that improve his abilities, making it easier to defeat his enemies. In Chapter 4, travel to the Dwarf Ruins and go past the first drawbridge. You should notice an area with large metal gears. Throw a rock at the switch controlling the gears to reveal a gold chest containing the Expert Sword Jump Tactics power-up.
Master Stick Tactics
In Chapter 5, find the grey-bearded dwarf Balfor, whose room contains a ledge. Climb onto the ledge and then throw a rock at the switch to drop a ladder. If you climb up the ladder, you'll find the Master Stick Tactics power-up scroll at the top of the center platform.
Master Throwing Tactics
During Chapter 7, venture into the deep basement and find the fourth elvish opening crystal. Take the crystal outside through the big door and turn left. You should see the spot where the crystal belongs. Placing the crystal opens a cave in the outer courtyard. The cave contains the Master Throwing Tactics power-up scroll.
Master Jump Tactics
In Chapter 8, you'll enter a room that contains six panels and three barrels. Positioning the barrels on the panels in the right combination will open a door. Each barrel has a different weight. Place the largest barrel on the lower panel with a picture of large barrels. Now take the medium barrel and place it on the upper panel with the medium barrel picture. You still need more weight, so place the small barrel on top of the medium barrel. This should open the door and reveal a chest. Inside the chest, you'll find the Master Jump Tactics power-up scroll.
Master Sword Jump Tactics
When exploring Chapter 9, you'll discover a room full of different platforms. Jump all the way to the top and you'll find more platforms that form a circle. Get on top of these platforms and use the chains to hop across to two archways. Enter the archways to find the Master Sword Jump Tactics power-up.
