Falcon Reach
You can level up at Falcon Reach quickly. Once you get there, you have to get Artix and Ash to ally themselves with you on your journey. Together you must all go to Amityville. Once there, enter the weapon shop. You will have to do all the quests required of you there and destroy all the ghouls you come across. You will then see a barn, and a boss you will have to fight will appear. When successful, you will earn a lot of experience points so you can level up. Just remember that you should be at least at level eight to try this because the ghouls are very strong.
Sunbreeze Cove
Another place to level up is Sunbreeze Cove. You and your dragon must go and see Lady Celestia there. Then you have to click on the dragonrider option to call your dragon to you. After that, complete the quest which asks you to train it. After this task is done, you will face a boss but you won't have to defeat him. You just have to destroy all of the kaijus that you see and you will be able to level up.
Willowshire
Willowshire is another place where you can level up quickly. After you get there, you will need to go to the tower. You will find a huge door in the tower which has a few locks on it. Go to the right of this door and start the yellow color jewel quest. Once you complete it, you will get a lot of experience points for leveling up.
Dr. Voltrabright
Another place in the game where you can level up is at the part where you face Dr. Voltrabright. Just fight him continuously and you will be able to level up from this action. If you do this area enough times you can rise up many levels.
